Claire Robinson represents doctor accused of voyeurism before the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service

Claire Robinson, instructed by Elizabeth Wheeler of DAC Beachcroft LLP, represented a doctor in a six day hearing before the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS). The case brought by the General Medical Council (GMC) alleged sexual misconduct. The doctor was accused of using his mobile phone in the hospital toilets, to view the person in the next cubical.

All charges were found not proved.
