Darren Snow, instructed by Helen Parsons, Royal College of Nursing Legal Team , Exeter, represented mental health nurse AS before the Nursing & Midwifery Council. The Nurse faced multiple charges alleging clinical failures and misconduct going back to 2015 in respect of the treatment of a dementia patient at a care home in West London. Following Darren’s submission of no case to answer at the close of the NMC case all charges were dismissed and the panel found that even on facts admitted there could be no finding of impairment.
