  • A Recent Case Law update
There was a particularly lively discussion about Notices of Proposal, Warning Notices and Special Measures, and how insolvency can impact each of these enforcement routes.

  • Intoxication after R v Taj [2018] EWCA Crim 1743;
  • Joint enterprise after Davies, R (On the application Of) v The Criminal Cases Review Commission [2018] EWHC 3080 (Admin); and
  • DNA as a sole basis for conviction after R v Bech [2018] EWCA Crim 448, and R v Lewis [2018] EWCA Crim 1101.
