Has defended John Fashanu in the football corruption trial. Sol Campbell on an alleged assault. Nigel Benn on a serious assault. Terry Marsh on a student grant fraud and the Taylor sisters. Also defended Gary Glitter. Extensive experience in defending white collar fraud, defended Dr Padelis in a large fraud on the NHS. Also undertakes consumer protection/trade description work, particularly experienced representing solicitors before the OSS. Recently returned from the Cayman Islands following the acquittal of his client in the nine month Eurobank money laundering trial. Additionally, represented Peter Buck (of REM) on an air rage charge. Increasingly briefed in cases overseas. As well as the Cayman Islands, advises banking institutions in the United States, and undertakes appeal work in the Republic of Ireland.
