Kerry Broome
Before joining Chambers as a pupil, Kerry spent 12 months at the Serious Fraud Office. She was involved in prosecuting a complex multi-handed advance fee fraud (R v G and B [2004] 2 Cr App R 37).
She is currently Secretary to the Pupillage Committee.

Practice Profile
Kerry is primarily a criminal practitioner with experience in all aspects of criminal law including violent crime, serious drugs offences, dishonesty, confiscation and sexual offences. She has particular experience in serious fraud and road traffic cases.
Kerry conducts cases as a sole and led junior. She is currently instructed by the Serious Fraud Office.
She is also currently a member of the Bar Council Working Group on a recent Government white paper.
Cases
R v Satkunanathan – led junior – multi-handed conspiracies involving large-scale credit card cloning fraud and company fraud by a Sri Lankan Tamil gang.
