Charter Barrister successfully prosecutes a misconduct in public office case
Following a 6 week trial prosecuted by Alexander Dos Santos at Croydon Crown Court, a jury returned 19 Guilty verdicts of misconduct in public office against a former employee of the UK Border Agency. Sentence and confiscation proceedings have been adjourned.
