Alleged Priest Murderer Freed on Appeal

Charter Barrister David Martin-Sperry, leading colleague Dominic Thomas, scored another triumph to add to his long list of successful appeals, when a former altar boy was found not guilty of murdering an elderly vicar he accused of sexually abusing him. Christopher Hunnisett, 26, has spent 8 years in jail after being convicted of murder in 2002.
