£150 million Ponzi scheme acquittal
Charter barrister Stephen Solley QC, former head of chambers, was counsel for Jared Brook, acquitted of running a £150 million Ponzi scheme. This was the third attempt to convict Brook and Lincoln Fraser over the course of eight years.
