Another Murder Conviction Overturned

Charter barrister David Martin-Sperry has overturned another murder conviction in the Court of Appeal.


The defendant, "H", had been in custody for nine years. The Court of Appeal has ordered a retrial.


This brings the total number of murder convictions overturned by David Martin-Sperry to fourteen.
