Charter barrister Kerry Broome is the highest scoring applicant in the Revenue and Customs Prosecutions Office List C top-up exercise conducted earlier this year. Her score was the highest not only in London and the South East, but overall, described as "a brilliant achievement" by the Chairman of the Board of the Attorney General's Unified List.
