Biography
Rajinder is an experienced criminal barrister and has been instructed in many high profile, challenging and complex cases as both led junior counsel and junior counsel alone. Rajinder is a specialised practitioner in road traffic law where he now regularly receives instructions through the Direct Access scheme. This means that members of the public can instruct Rajinder directly, and thereby significantly reducing their costs. He has experience at all levels in road traffic cases, from Magistrates Court to Crown Court through to the Administrative Court.
