Biography
Jason is primarily a defence advocate. However, he began his legal career as in-house Counsel at a commercial law firm, specialising in commercial litigation including arbitration and commercial dispute resolution. Consequently, Jason brings a thorough understanding and ability to meet the challenges of complex litigation whether criminal, civil or regulatory. Moreover, Jason understands the pressures and constraints upon professional and lay clients. Whilst his practice is predominantly in the Crown Court, Jason acts in regulatory proceedings defending professions in disciplinary hearings, where his fluency with commercial and professional matters join together with outstanding advocacy skills to offer a keen competitive edge.
