Biography

A Queen’s Counsel since 2006, Mr Cox has an extensive portfolio in areas of speciality including:

Homicide
Serious Fraud
Regulatory Work

In recent years he has defended and prosecuted in a number of high profile HSE cases involving fatalities. He has also defended major companies in relation to large scale environmental incidents, and represented public bodies and professional clients at a number of high profile inquests (particularly those involving fatalities in the course of school trips).
