Biography
Kerry is a dedicated criminal barrister who both defends and prosecutes. She is regularly instructed as sole or led junior counsel in cases of serious violence, fraud, drug trafficking and sexual offences.
Kerry has particular expertise defending complex road traffic cases.
Before joining Chambers as a pupil Kerry spent 12 months at the Serious Fraud Office. She was involved in prosecuting a complex multi-handed advance fee fraud (R v G & B [2004] 2 Cr App R 37).
At the beginning of 2009 Kerry was seconded to HM Revenue & Customs to undertake an internal data protection review.
