CasesR v Woghiren & others Four defendants charged with a large-scale conspiracy to defraud the Home Office, involving sham marriages and subsequent false applications for residence documents.
R v Reguibi & another A defendant charged with murder and violent disorder.
R v Coyle. Defendant charged with serious sexual offences against four young children between 1990 and 2004. Applications for third party disclosure were made to both the Crown Court and the County Court to secure any relevant papers generated within the child care proceedings and for permission to use the documents disclosed.
R v Dunsterville A former foster carer charged with sexual offences against a boy in his care and with internet child pornography offences.
R v Gray A defendant who suffered from Asperger's syndrome, an acquired brain injury as well as other physical disabilities and was charged with three knife-point robberies.
